Fiona was very helpful and patient, especially as we didn't know much about the cruise company we were booking. She also made us feel comfortable if we needed to come back with any queries.

Professional and highly efficient service
Even though it took some time, the assistant was very patient and helpful. We came in hoping to get some cruising ideas, and left with a perfect cruise booked. Also got a good deal on travel insurance.

Found exactly what we were looking for our holiday. Great communication. Beat prices shown to them with higher stars. Organised everything needed. Transfers, cases, seating. Just perfect.

Michelle was amazing! We've never cruised before and she found out all the answers to our queries, was very patient and spent ages with us going through everything - she took the stress out of the booking procedure and we can't praise her enough.
