Brilliant fast customer service, dropped the page a message and had a call within half an hour. My holiday was all booked and sorted in under 10 minutes. Recieved all the emails and booking information straight away and a follow up message to see if I needed anymore help.
Super friendly and great service. Would definitely use again.

Very easy to contact Paul & Lisa, I have been watching their page for a while unsure on whether to book with them or not but I 100% will be booking with them again. Friendly, helpful and I felt at comfort when talking to them. No issues so far to have to deal with but I am confident that if any do arise they will be on hand to help. The easiest way to book a holiday! Called while cooking tea and by the time tea was ready I had booked our family holiday with zero stress! Cheapest price compared to all big agents and independents! Thank you so much Paul for making it so quick, easy and great value!

Easy to arrange and book

I was told by Lisa when booking that payment would be over 26 months and works out at around £170 per month. I queried if this was correct as companies usually want the last payment Months before departure and I was reassured it was correct. Once receiving the booking confirmation, it states final payment will be due Jan 2028, not May 2028. This means my monthly payment will be around £200, not £170. It’s not a significant difference, however when committing to such an amount for 2 years, I need the correct transparent information to make my decision on whether I can afford to book. Lisa was nice to deal with on the phone and I’d have given 5 stars had it not been for the incorrect information. Just feedback so Lisa knows for future clients that might find that extra £30 past their budget.

I will definitely book with Paul and Lisa again. I told them what I was looking for, eg hotel, location and flights, dates etc and it was all booked the same evening at a good price. Very knowledgeable and customer focused.
