Never booked through a personal travel consultant before,but after speaking & eventually booking my holiday with Pauline would definitely do it again. Nothing to much trouble answering all my query I had & returned my call at time she said

Kate was so helpfull, she was available for any questions I had re our booking, she replied quickly and was very understanding of our needs.
I've book with Hays ( Kate ) a few times and never been disappointed.

I cannot recommend Kate enough ! She is fantastic at her job extremely helpful and does everything within her power to give you the holiday you require goes above and beyond work hours to make sure everything is perfect 2nd time dealt with her and hopefully many more years to come 😍

Kate was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She sourced a family holiday for us as short notice, listened to what was important for our needs and was swift to get everything booked for us.

The process was seamless, efficient and the service was all with a smile.

Great help with communication about the holiday

This was a 6-8 week journey because Corsica & Sardinia don’t seem very commercially aware ( delays in announcing room rates etc) , so persistence was key in both sides! Coming up with new solutions was very swift and thankfully we managed to get it sorted.

Discussed my needs to secure and book what should be a perfect holiday

Received correspondence very quickly, everything was sorted for me without meaning to do anything , a lovely lady easy to speak to very nice.

I have used these ladies for a couple of years now , when ever you message them on messenger about an holiday they are so helpful and get back to you within a day or two.
