I received excellent service again at my local Hays travel shop.The agent was friendly,professional and very helpful. She went though a few options and was able to select a great holiday.
I am delighted with the service I received here and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Jackie welcomed me into the branch and asked all the relevant questions to assist me in finding the right type of holiday for my dates and budget. Jackie provided in-depth knowledge and detail to all my many questions along with her own knowledge of the area I wanted to visit. I am now excited to go on holiday having only taken an hour to go fully through all the details and confirm a booking. Thanks Hays Travel Perth and Jackie.

We have booked many foreign holidays at Hays and have always been pleased with the help and the service we have received there. The staff are knowledgeable and keen to book exactly the holiday we are looking for. Jenna made a real effort to book the hotel we wanted although that wasn’t straightforward. We have no complaints whatsoever and are always keen to recommend Hays in Perth.

Again a very pleasant experience at Hayes Perth. Jacqui as always has been so patient and knowledgeable on our needs and requests and our booking experience was so smooth and pleasurable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It was Janet , she was very interested in giving a great service,she under stood that you were paying a lot of money for a holiday.Janet was not put out looking for the exact holiday for my needs and answer a lot of questions on things related to my holiday.I would certainly go back to her again.

Suzana ( I hope I spelt her name correctly) was welcoming friendly and professional and was able to go through the booking for me fairly straightforwardly. There was a bit of a mismatch between the Hays package and Jet2 (to do with transfer costs I think) but she sorted it out.
I would use Hays again
