Roy looked after us and made sure we had all the info we needed regarding the holiday we wanted. Felt relaxed and welcoming and the whole booking process was done giving us all the info we needed along the way. Have used Hays previously and always have a great experience booking through them.

Claire was extremely helpful from the start of our enquiry to the end when we booked our holiday. She was very friendly and professional throughout. We covered every availability option for our stay in lanzerote. We went through all 4 star options until we found exactly what we wanted.
