Friendly not pushy staff

Always prompt and answer their phones. Pleasant and efficient to deal with for my holiday insurance

All staff at the Plympton branch were very friendly and definitely efficient. Jo spent a lot of time with my wife and I going through exactly what we wanted. We came away very pleased indeed

Really didn’t know where we wanted to go next May, Jo was extremely patient and thorough going through multiple possible choices.

The booking process was so easy and the lady that delt with our travel was so kind and caring taking her time to discuss the cruise options.
She even wrote down how to access the ships activities/ trips.
Great service will be coming back next year to book again.

The first time I used Hays I was impressed by the staff's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take time to find out exactly what I needed. Always a friendly atmosphere, they get to know you. It's the staff. I now use no one else.
