Staff polite, friendly & helpful. Had personal experience of new facilities at airport which helped with our planning. Did not explore all the options without a prompt

We spoke to a lovely lady called Helen who helped us book our next holiday. We weren’t set on a place to go but had a few options in mind which we passed to her. We also told her the type of things that we would like to do on our holiday. She found two lovely different destinations one being in Rhodes the other being in Cyprus.
Helen explained the differences between the two and what each one had to offer, and what we could expect once we arrived. Helen also
told the holidays came with transfers to and from the airport and that this would be shared. We also looked into upgrading the rooms so it gave us the option of having a view, and what the prices for rash would be.
We eventually decided we would go to Cyprus. The pool the rooms and the facilities looks amazing. We also took the upgrade of room so that this would give us a view Helen and then showed us the times of the flights and asked about whether we would be interested in travel insurance.
We found Helen to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us book our next adventure.
We have now used Hays a number of times to book different types of holidays and have never been disappointed if you were looking for a company that listens to your needs and are very knowledgeable in destinations and listens to what you are after then choose Hays

The agent we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the holidays we looked at . We booked one to cape verde and she gave some prices for some other destinations .....Great customer service.

I had a great experience booking a trip to Tenerife. The assistant was very helpful and patient especially as I am a senior citizen. I would have no hesitation recommending Hays to everyone who need to book a trip.

Helen was very knowledgeable and managed to put a package together that met our requirements. An Alaska cruise together with the ports we wanted and the overnight stays in the places we wanted. When we came in yesterday to enquire about a 2027 cruise to Canada, Caitlin was very helpful, polite and friendly. She gave us all the information we were after which allowed us to make a provisional booking.....the actual booking system didn't go live until today.
Then this morning Felicity, who was also helpful polite and friendly, phoned to check she had all the correct information to which allowed her to proceed with the booking fully.
We always use Hays for this reason as it's great to deal with someone face to face and get exactly what we're after and they all look after us well as we're very regular customers in there. Many thanks to you all and apologies if I've got names wrong at all.

Very helpful and polite

We went to Hays to enquire about a cruise. We chatted with Sarah who asked us about our dates when we wanted to go, she went through the various cruise liners who left Southampton on those dates some were cheaper than others. We chose P&O and their new liner 2 weeks in the Med, We went through the itinerary which was good, went through the prices which were good and we booked there and then. We then bought insurance which was good we still need to phone them up but that's another story.
All in all a great experience Well Done
