Stacey at Hays was amazing nothing was to much trouble

We recently visited Hays in Pocklington to book a special holiday to celebrate my wife’s 50th and daughter’s 18th birthdays for summer 2027. Poppy dealt with our booking quickly and professionally, arranging everything we asked for. We always find Hays very good to deal with and can’t think of a better place to go to book our holidays.

Great advice as to which city break would suite us, together with top tips on what to do when we get there.

Stacey, as always, made booking a holiday easy and stress-free. She found us a great deal for our summer holiday to suit our budget and took care of all of the finer details. Stacey stayed in-touch and communicated everything we needed to know throughout the booking process and answered any questions or concerns we had which is really helpful when booking for a larger family.

Katie was professional, efficient, listened to our requirements and remained calm and focused when there was an issue with the phones.
