Kayleigh is a fantastic many of staff
Kayleigh helped me book a fantastic trip to New York with my daughter. Everything I requested she found and at the best price. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Kayleigh was professional, caring and quick with her responses.

Excellent service
We spoke to Kayleigh at Hays travel on the phone, prior to going to their office, to explain our holiday requirements and dates. The following day at their office Kayleigh had all the information we needed and booked everything for us. No hassle and everything was done very efficiently

The staff work hard, are patient, follow up and check if all is good, We do not always go with Hays but it is always the top of the list when we start looking for a holiday

Very professional company and Kayleigh very quickly gave us a quote for a TUI river cruise which was cheaper than booking with TUI so very happy and will definitely use them again xx

Booked a holiday to Fuerteventura for a week through the Pocklington branch with the very helpful Helen Hopwood thank you once again for your great customer service and booking another holiday for us!!
