Excellent service from Rebecca, we went in with a hotel in mind and she managed to book it really easily for us. 10/10 service, everyone in the shop was really welcoming, will be using Hays Pontypridd to book all of our holidays

Really good experience.
Great selection of holidays, wonderful staff. ELOISE was really really helpful, she found us some really good holidays and had good knowledge of the hotels and areas,which helped us make the best choice for us. Booking process was easy.
