Usual highly professional advice as usual. Cruise booked and ready to go next month. I would always use Hays Travel.

Skye attended to me at Poole and could not have been more helpful. I am an OAP and gave her a few problems which she sorted out without any fuss or bother. Well done.

Steve the manager at the Poole branch of Hays was extremely helpful in helping us choose a cruise explaining all our different options he made us feel comfortable and at ease.
In general it was quite a pleasant experience.

We have been going to Hayes travel for years , we have always found the staff friendly and efficient, this booking was no exception, Julie is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble in finding you the perfect holiday, in this instance it was a cruise.

Steve was very patient and helpful. Managed to find a a great deal on a short cruise. Normally I’m a Cunard only cruiser but I was tempted to try FredOlsen after Steve’s hard work. 🤞it will be as good as I hope. Watch this space. Helen Hibbert.
