The lady who booked my holiday mrs fiona attenbough was so very helpfull that she should have a pay rise.
She stopped me making alot of mistakes and im so gratefull to her

George was amazing! He spent time with us making sure we booked the best room for our cruise and was very knowledgeable. It’s our second cruise booking with Hays and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I also have to thank Jodie at Ferndown for her patience and help with my email enquiries in the weeks leading up to us booking too.

Good customer service

We had just been let down by another travel company after they change are hotel three tlmes in the space of month.so we went to hays travel and talk to a lovely lady called Lydia see was so helpful and shorted out a gluten free hotel. Thankyou
