Good service led to me booking a holiday, not my first choice because that was booked up. The advisor looked at my selection and assisted me booking a similar holiday to my first choice. I was advised that the brochures are available from December so I’ll book earlier for next year.
I called the branch a couple of days later to check my seat. That was also dealt with well and the advisor rang me later with confirmation.
This experience has made it a fuss free easy process for me to book and pay for a holiday.

Dawn was very helpful went out of her way even after she had finished work to message me with all the information I required for my Disney cruise . She listened to what I wanted and gave me plenty of options to choose from . I have booked a few holidays with Dawn . So professional and helpful.

Hay's Travel never fails to please. Once again Dawn our travel agent took the time to find us flights to Australia that suit us and for the right price to enable us to attend our son's wedding in November. We had very specific dates in mind and Kelly spent a loyalty of time showing us our options. Eventually coming up with a trip to Malta which looks great. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Saved us a lot of time trawling the net whichmis what we usually do.. thanks !!

The whole experience from sitting down at the desk was easy going,
Our agent Grace was very professional and communicated with us and the cruise line at a steady pace, making sure we understood all what was happening.
This was our first time for years in booking with a Travel Agency, both my wife and I enjoyed the experience

We always use Hays travel Prescot for our holidays. All the staff are friendly ,helpful and very informative. Kelly has dealt with us the for most of our bookings and always remembers us and is great. Nothing is too much trouble for her and always ensures we get what we want within our budgets. Customer service is spot on.
