The young man who we dealt with, Cameron, was very polite, helpful and professional.

Lindsey at Preston Fishergate store was very helpful in booking our cruise and another colleague had been on the ship so provided advice on areas of ship might miss.

Lyndsy was professional and friendly and spent ages going through options for hotels and flights to make sure I got exactly the right package for me.

The staff are so very helpful and friendly and all pitch in to help each other out, Connor, Christian, lynsey, initially seen vicky who was so helpful and very thorough in answering our queries and getting the information back to me when asked, lovely happy branch oh and Andre (think his name was) for explaining to me the currency situation, great team and will definitely be back

I do not feel the agent sufficiently explained the options to us at the time of booking - as we found out afterwards and only then because I rang them.
They did not communicate with us after the booking as they said they would.
Our onboard credit had reduced which they did not inform us of.
I found the manager of the shop dismissive of my concerns. He only made a gratuity payment to us after I complained.
On reflection, I am not sure what service they actually provided- I may as well have booked the cruise myself online.
We are disappointed with the service we received.

The team at Preston Fishergate are an absolute powerhouse! They are fabulous- I have 2 Hays travels here in York and for the service you get with the team I would only book with the team in Preston again and again! Fab service
