We Originally went in to change some money, but we sat down with Matty with some ideas for June and ended up coming away with a great deal he put together for us. No pressure sale and we came away with a Holiday with a £400 saving which is wonderful great team in the Pudsey office,Very pleased with our Holiday.

They was very polite and friendly really helpful

We went in looking for a cruise and sat with the "cruise expert" Ruth. She was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and sorted us out in no time with everything we requested.

Would very highly recommend.

Easy to sort out a holiday for us

Ruth the staff member was totally and professionally helpful throughout my visit to book our first coach tour. Nothing was to much trouble for her .I am hearing impaired so often struggle with communication and she very empathetic on my visit.l will definitely use your shop again.

I have not flown on holiday
for over 10 years so called in at Hays to book a trip to New York which Evelyn arranged for me, kindly arranging flights and hotel.Later our flights were cancelled by Air Lingus ( without informing Hays) and the lady in office immediately contacted the airline, arranging new flights and then finding me a hotel to stay overnight. It’s was done immediately so I didn’t have the worry of it. Such a stressful time successfully managed and I can’t thank them enough for their help and expertise.

Easy to deal with, got all the info required and able to book for a great price

Very friendly, helpful staff. When I wanted to change the booking staff were very accommodating and managed to change the booking to what I wanted. Would definitely use them again
