Great customer Service.
We spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff at Hays in Rayleigh.
We had seen a holiday on line and the lady found the holiday and matched the price and the whole booking process was done quickly and efficiently.

I had the most efficient, helpful and friendly assistant at the Rayleigh branch, his name is David. I am elderly and currently taking medication that impacts slightly on my functioning. David was beyond understanding.
