We booked a cruise. Nicole in the Rhyl branch was very helpful. She told us we could go into the branch to book the trips ashore,get other paperwork printed, which we weren't last time we booked.

We always use hays for all of our holiday needs. The staff in the Rhyl branch are just brilliant. I walk in with ideas of where I'd like to go and they always work through with me to come up with exactly what I wanted.

Joanne made everything seem so easy to organise. I'm a solo traveller and she found the best price for me, and without single supplements. I have looked at other companies, and their prices doubled when I put in that I was a solo traveler. Joanne answered all my questions, organised excursions I wanted to be included. Explained about the visa I need and offered to show me how yo apply. Also had the choice of my nearest airport which is better for me. She said yo phone her with any queries I had or questions. I felt very supported in the choices I had made.
