Hays Travel - Romford レビュー 

I visited my local Hays Travel store yesterday (15/08/26) and was met by Lily-Mae who was friendly and professional. I informed Lily- Mae that I was travelling to Paraguay and Uruguay not the usual holiday destinations and not well known places. Lily- Mae searched for accommodation options in Paraguay which were severely limited and not acceptable. We then searched options in Montevideo in Uruguay which was more successful. Lily- Mae checked all options, dates, availability, breakfast included and additional service charges. Process was explained, paperwork printed off and confirmation email sent. A good service thank you. Lily- Mae was courteous, friendly, personable and explained the whole process. An asset to Hays Travel Romford store.

Staff was excellent, not holidayed abroad for some time, very informative and donee we everything to make our experience a positive one

Niamh was very helpful. I haven't been abroad for years and felt a bit apprehensive but she explained everything to me. I spent ages in the store. I knew which area I wanted to be in Costa Adeje and she found us an amazing looking holiday. I'll find out in a few days. Excited!

Denise we booked our holiday appointment with was smiley and helpful and approachable from the first minute. We have booked with her in the past. All the agents there are very approachable.

Felt very welcome and quick to be seen to book our holiday

We have never had a bad experience in Hays - yesterday we popped in to book a cruise and once again it was a happy experience. We were served by Christine who was so patient with us - nothing was too much trouble - after booking our cruise we decided to book another one BUT alas there were no cabins in the category we prefer - all booked and this was for September 2027!! Thank you Christine for all your help - looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The staff are kind supportive and can't help you enough. It was a very joyful experience and i would not hesitate to recommend Hays to other people.

Sean Snazell patiently steered me through what at first appeared to be a complicated booking. He expertly identified my requirements for an upcoming holiday to Tunisia. Finding an excellent package deal, the process was seamless and he clearly advised me through every step. 10/10

The whole experience of booking our holiday was easy. The member of staff helping us choose the right holiday for our family was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend using Hays Travel for anyone looking to book a holiday

Very helpful

This is my first experience with Hays travel only because of the advert done by Davina. I would support the advert in the service I recieved, I stated my destination and the preparation, search , pricing, safety ,flight, accommodation, transfer ,tax, places of interest and any other support was offered all I could say is whats not to love about Hays. I would say the staff was friendly and welcoming, but with great support , trust and great customer care and services goes to Sean I cannot thank him enough he really portray the ideals of what customer services towards the public is all about thank you Sean.

The staff at Hayes are always helpful, polite cheerful and very knowledgeable.

I always book my holidays with Denise. Her and the whole team are always so helpful. They go above and beyond.I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's so nice to actually deal with people rather then doing it online.
