First time holiday booking with hays travel
It’s the first time me and my wife have used hays travel and have been very impressed by the excellent service. Everything was very easy to use and follow to get us everything we needed. We were able to sort our holiday very quickly and without any problems a great service and will definitely use hays travel again.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday with Ryan. He is always helpful and friendly, gave me a good price on my holiday and booked it efficiently, explaining the process for payment and how to access it in the Jet2 app. Great service and would definitely recommend Ryan.

Ryan dealt with my enquiry really quickly and checked all details with me first to ensure I was happy with the quote and gave me a discount as well. He ensured I was happy with every detail before I agreed to book. Really happy with service and support from Ryan and contacted Ryan today with a query and he replied very quickly.

Booking a holiday made easy
Ryan Lambton at Hays Travel made booking our holiday sooooo easy. He responded to my initial query within minutes. Very helpful and informative. The whole process from start to paying deposit to secure the holiday was done very speedily and all from the comfort of my sofa😂. Will definitely use Ryan again

I have booked with Hays travel for the past 2/3 years now.Ive used them to book family main holidays and also short city breaks.I found Ryan Lambton from Hays travel on FB and have used him ever since. A friendly lad with the patience of a saint ( as I'm a proper stress head when looking/ booking). Ryan always looks for the best deal and will also try to discount on a price you may have. He even compared reviews on the hotels i was looking at and this enabled me to make my choice.Well done Ryan and thanks for putting up with me.😚
