Amazing service and experience 10/10
After years of booking all my travel/holidays independently I am now officially converted to using a Travel Agent. Ryan was fantastic throughout the booking process. He was super quick to respond to all of my questions and messages. It was lovely to deal with a person rather than an AI chatbot. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

I do feel Mrs C has Ryan on speed dial - yet again another booking for us, the holiday for us to enjoy.

Exceptional friendly customer service
This is the 2nd time I have used Ryan at Hays Travel to book my holiday. The service is exceptional and he responds immediately with a comprehensive form to complete with all your holiday requirements. The response time is excellent and the price he offers always beats booking direct with the tour operator
