Five star service…
I always go to Hays in Ryde and see Chris the manager. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He advises us on all aspects of a cruise as he has generally been on that cruise and knows all the in’s and outs.

I changed my trip without losing the deposit and a better pick-up point was arranged. Well worth going to Hays rather than trying to sort it on my own.
