Brilliant as always. 2 holidays booked with Rachel and 1 with Chloe. All so professionally done and everything taken out of our hands. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Happy staff first class service
The staff are amazing at Hays Sandbach all so helpful patient and do their best to find a holiday suitable for a wide age range that meets our requirements. Always happy smiling and a great sense of humour. Rachel helped us to find a holiday in a good location that suited our budget. I always feel welcome in the store.

Lovely staff
Staff in my local (Sandbach) shop are a pleasure to deal with. In particular Rachel who spent some time looking at numerous holiday options for me over several visits, and booking a trip.
I also dealt with Harry who booked an additional trip for me.
Nothing seems too much trouble.

I went to the Sandbach store rachel…
I went to the Sandbach store rachel listened to what I wanted about the holiday she gave me a rough quote as I dont drive so needed ease of access to get to places. She took my email address and phone number i wasn't expecting an email reply back so quickly it was a good offer and I came back into the store book my holiday
