Brilliant as always. 2 holidays booked with Rachel and 1 with Chloe. All so professionally done and everything taken out of our hands. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Satisfied customer

We were seen promptly. The assistant booked us the holiday we wanted on the dates we wanted. Gave us any advice we needed. Trust the holiday will go well.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL, RACHEL IS SO HELPFUL GREAT SENSE OF HUMOUR TOO NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER ,I ALWAYS GO HERE IF I WANT A HOLIDAY ABROAD, BECAUSE I TRUST THEIR ADVICE, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN LET DOWN.

Dealt with in a polite and efficient manner so that we got the best deal for our holiday
We have booked our holidays with Hayes in sandbach ever since they took over the Thomas Cook shop and we will continue to support our local office

Do not use for Foreign Currency

More fool us for putting our trust in a local company , The Exchange that they gave my wife at the weekend was awful and daylight robbery. We will never trust Hays Travel again .
