Straight forward, no messing about

A really positive experience with Sarah who took the time to explain everything really clearly. Sarah was very responsive and made the booking process very easy.

It was so easy to book. Dealing directly with Sarah enabled me to receive answers to my individual queries.
Sarah was very quick to respond, even at night when other operators would not be contactable.
Sarah also held my cabin reservation whilst I pondered over whether to book. Brilliant

I made contact and got a response straight away.
This was my experience all through the booking process. I had LOTS of questions and Sarah answered them all regardless of what time of day it was. After we chatted on the phone one evening I then went ahead and booked.

We booked our cruise through Sarah Bell Sampson @ Hays Travel and Sarah couldn't have made the booking process any easier. She was so friendly and talked us through all our options and very informative about the ship which was great. Sarah took her time to explain all of our options and had excellent knowledge about the ship and the deck layout. She made sure my dietary needs were noted and got back in touch the next day to communicate this with me.
