Fantastic service and very polite

We have just booked a very complicated holiday to Vietnam with 3 different destinations, extensive flight requirements and people joining us a different times. She handled all this with great patience, especially when we completely changed our requirements for the end of the holiday! Thanks Sarah, can't wait to go!

This is the 5th destination we have booked with Sarah Grosvenor at Hays Travel,including Australia, Malaysia, Montenegro,Croatia and now Antigua. Sarah always finds accommodation and places that are of really high quality and at the best prices. Sarah is very patient and looks at totally different holidays for us until we decide where we want to go. When we have had difficulties whilst somewhere new, it is great to know that there is support and very quick resolution to any issues. I have every confidence that we will book further holidays through Sarah and Hays travel. Great service and fantastic holidays.

Sarah has been such a great support with all our holidays booked this year. She has booked all 3! Any question we’ve had she has responded quickly . If we weren’t quite sure of a holiday she was quite happy to look again and again for us until we found the right one. Any requests we had ie: sea view or separate beds , again Sarah was very helpful in finding us what we needed. Would throughly recommend!

From booking my first holiday with Sarah in 2023 I haven’t looked back. I’m extremely particular when it comes to my holidays and have an extensive checklist.
