Sarah was absolutely amazing and so helpful in finding us what we wanted. She was friendly and lovely to speak to you on the phone and I never felt as if I was bothering her through email. I would 100% use Sarah to book another holiday. I cannot thank her enough.

This is the first time I have used Hayes Travel, and I can honestly say Sarah listened to what I wanted for our holiday and went the extra mile to find exactly that and more!
