Great advice and help
I had great advice and help in navigating the complexities of trying to book a cruise. Lots to think about and I was given time to think about the different types of berths and their position on the boat. Definitely the best way for a first cruise is through Hays.

Stella
Stella, the representative was attentive and very helpful. We colluded to surprise my partner to a surprise 70th birthday holiday coming up soon. She suggested some great options and we picked a well put together trip to Las Vagas and onwards to Cancun. I would recommend this branch and Stella to anyone.

You always get that personal service and the sales assistants remember our names . They then get us the best deal possible. Always get back to us quickly and sort out all the little details including printing out tickets etc
