This branch of Hays Travel at Seaham is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem, the staff do everything possible to solve your holiday queries and to get the holiday you wish for taking as much time and effort as needed.

Sienna was our agent and she was so helpful i was unsure on different areas of greece and she had some great knowledge and advice i was very happy with every aspect of our hoiliday.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Helpful via messenger with different prices, dates, airlines. Nothing was any trouble. Went instore to finish the booking again spoke to a different member of staff as the one I had been speaking to online was seeing to another customer. New member of staff was amazing to read the messages and sorted everything straight away showed me everything went through everything was very helpful. Following day I received a message from the original member of staff apologising for been busy when I went in the shop and thanking me for booking I thought this was amazing service and highly recommend hays seaham and all the staff. We were offered drinks by two members of staff and was made to feel very welcome
