A great experience!
Really helpful assistant who helped us choose the exact holiday we were hoping to book. By asking us the right questions we were able to navigate the process of booking the various aspects of our trip.

Very polite and helpful throughout
Very polite and helpful from start to finish, and exactly the reason why I still want to use a high street travel agent. Internet prices but with the help and back up of being able to speak to a person if there is a problem
