Well what can I say about sian she went above and beyond for us we have booked the best holiday that suits us sian listened and delivered now all we have to do is sit back and wait for it to come around I would definitely recommend heys travel to book your holidays with thank you for all your help

Went in to book 2027 holiday Elaine was fabulous and very knowledgeable as she had stayed at our chosen hotel and knew lots about the area which made our decision easier .

It was such a pleasure to book a holiday with Hays travel. I've used this travel agents in Shildon for numerous years. It's always been a pleasure as staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Claire our assistant was exceptional as always with Hays staf.
