Lorna did a great job

Laura our holiday advisor is brilliant we always wait to see her.She is friendly knowledgeable and remembers us by name, but all the staff are friendly and approachable

Our experience was great. Lorna is very knowledgable.
We had a few ideas of places to go for our hols, Lorna checked them all to make our decision easier to choose which was best for us.

Lorna is an absolute star. We have booked before with Lorna and she is always able to find exactly what we are looking for within our budget. She explains everything in detail and is very professional.

On arrival at the premises, I received a lovely warm and friendly greeting from Shannon. She spent time listening to my requirements for a tailored 2 centre holiday to Italy, and arranged to call me back with search results results later that day, which she did. After a little tweaking, it didn't take her long to come up with the perfect package to fit my budget.
The whole experience was so straight forward and managed very professionally, I will definitely use Hays for future bookings and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Really happy with Alisha's hard work in booking our trip. She made it suit our preferences and took her time in getting it right, as well as a nice discount as well. We can't wait to go in November. Thanks again.

The process was extremly easy, I did not have much time and the young lady Lorna offered to do the research and phone me with the details. She kept her word and phoned to let me know the details. It made booking easy - i will use the service again

Quick efficient service

Friendly service and made us feel that they were trying to do the best for us. As a teacher, I was especially pleased at the way the more experienced staff supported their younger colleague in training without undermining her.

Excellent customer service, easy process, Advisor very knowledgeable on places I was thinking of going to and got me a great price in a top hotel. Will definitely use for my next trip away.
