I was purchasing a gift card for my son & partner as a Xmas present. The colleague I saw didn’t seem to know the process & spent ages having to refer to an instruction guide. What should have been a very simple task took over 20 minutes of my valuable time

Holiday prices can fluctuate, and while events like Black Friday sometimes offer promotions, they can also limit availability — so by booking when you did, you secured the ideal holiday at the lowest price available at that time.

Excellent service
I have already posted a number of reviews for Hays Travel, Shrewsbury. This time the plaudits go to Katherine. We were met with the usual friendly and polite greeting and followed by excellent service. We had already decided where and when we wanted to go so it was straightforward for Katherine to book it for for us, but she still offered advice and did a price comparison to ensure we got the best possible price.
