Lynn made everything easy for me to understand as I am travelling solo sorting out assistance as well for me when I go back in on Thursday definitely recommend. Oh the coffee wasn't to bad 😏

Chloe looked after us very professionally and helpfully especially as we were short of time having parked our car at the other end of the High Street. She sorted out our requirements totally and came back to us on the phone shortly after we had got home.

Communications issues sorted
(Update) After a communication error which lead to a terrible review from me about Hays I am really taken back by how Hays have performed and put my holiday back on track. Jess was very attentive & when we mentioned that we would think about the booking as we had got a slightly cheaper price directly through Disney, she said she would sell us the holiday at the same price if we booked with her there & then.
