Both Jade and Chrys were infinitely patient with us providing innumerable quotes before we eventually made up our mind!

The wonderful staff at our local Hays Travel in Southbourne always take time and effort to get you the holiday you dreamed of. From checking locations, selecting the right hotels to suit needs and ensuring you will be happy with the holiday choice. Even when we have had an issue once on arrival they were superb at liaising with the hotel to resolve the issue swiftly. We have been coming to Hays for 10 years and have never been disappointed. Looking forward to our next adventure!

The agent I who handled my booking, Chrystalla in Southbourne, was excellent. Chrys was very helpful, friendly and efficient. However, problems with the tour operator, Vista. meant that it took 4 hrs to have our booking confirmed. I was in the office for 2 hours and then on the phone at home intermittently for another 2 hours. We were given incorrect information several times but ended up with our original booking so much of my time was wasted.

Chrys could not have been more helpful. I have ADHD and Autism so booking a holiday is an extremely difficult experience but Chrys was so empathetic and understanding throughout it took away any stress or worry I had. Excellent knowledge of the locations we were considering and helpful suggestions about the accommodation. I wouldn’t think twice about booking with them again!

Went to Hays Travel on a Saturday afternoon to enquire about a river cruise.
Was greeted well, and given full and various information, especally as was enquiring about rail travel, not air.
Quick response from main travel company, and ended booking there and then.
Jade was very competent as well as being friendly.

Chrystalla is so knowledgeable, personable, patient and practical. For our group of four, we had very exacting needs for a bucket list holiday next year. From the start Chrys understood what we were after and went above and beyond to deliver and at a very reasonable price too - beating all those we secured ourselves and with added extra protection of ATOL/ABTA. Truly outstanding service.
