Although we now live in Yorkshire, we still call Amy at Southend Branch for all our holiday needs. She is excellent at her job, knows her products, always pleasant and helpful. Will give advice on anything you ask her and she knows her customers requirements. All staff are very helpful when we call the store. Thanks for booking another holiday for us Amy 👍

Really lovely lady who helped us book our holiday. I believe her name was Anna in the Southend on sea branch. Very helpful, funny and easy to book with. Had we had someone else we may not of booked then and there.

The agent took the time to ensure that my booking was correct and addressed any questions that I had.
The experience was a bit trying as it took a long time for the computer to verify the booking and the agent had to ring support to get the problem resolved.
