Hays Travel has never let us down, our go to travel agency with lovely staff. Rebecca always sorts our holidays for us and she is kind, friendly, professional and helpful. We wanted to book a cruise - ‘leave it with me she said’. 15 minutes later she rang me back with options and alternatives and with 30 minutes total, we were booked and sorted. She’s an absolute star and a credit to Hays Travel. Thank you for all you do. I would highly recommend this organisation.

She was happy to answer all my questions and assure me that she would be available should I have any further questions.
