Personal tailored service
Personal tailored service; as usual they got it spot on. Stayed in a wonderful hotel in Malta which by far exceeded my expectations. The whole trip was wonderful.

Wonderful staff
Went intoHays and was greeted by Kath with a lovely smile and welcone. Couldn't have been more helpful in booking our holiday. Explaining about flight times and also arranging for assistance for us at the airport. We will always book with Hays. All staff in St Andrews are wonderful.

Very good experience, our travel agent went above and beyond to help us decide on our honeymoon, took time and was very knowledgeable if we had any questions.

Kathleen is amazing met everything that we we're looking for, this is the second time booking with Kathy don't think I'd use anyone else. can't wait to go back to Barbados to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and show our daughter where we got married.

Great staff.
Kath (manager?) was extremely helpful, took her time in order to give us a travel arrangement that would suit me well. Would definitely use them again.
