The lady at Hays Stamford was fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable (and patient!) I would happily give her 5 stars.

The only reason I have put 4 stars on the review is because I would have expected a travel agent to provide more than what I’m able to do myself online (this is the first time I’ve ever gone via an agency). I’ve booked this time with Hays specifically because of Kim, but I’m doubtful if I will book in the future as I think it’s slowed down my process by assuming there would be benefits from booking via an agency that I wouldn’t get going direct.

Staff were great at helping to plan our holiday. I didn't really know where I wanted to go and after looking online for hours still no further ahead but after a chat I was helped to narrow down the search and given a few options to choose from. Great to be able to get answers and advice from someone. Thank you.

The experience of your staff made finding the right hotel so much easier.. The attention to detail and listening to the voice of the customer.. Staff at Hays Travel Stamford are always professional, polite and very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and they work hard to sort out a holiday to fit your individual needs and requests. My wife and I are always happy to revisit to book our holiday. Paula was our holiday consultant. She was excellent and showed great patience and knowledge in helping us sort out our holiday to Croatia. We have always found the staff at the Stamford Office brilliant. Thank you.

Did exactly what we wanted

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The manager Hayley was really helpful and informative in helping us to choose and book our holiday. We like the security and convenience of booking in the travel shop and the staff will always answer any questions we have. Thank you

Popped into Stamford branch to look for a holiday to Lake Garda having had no luck trying to do this myself at home. Paula was both professional and friendly and showed me the options for a short break in October. She found me just what I was looking for and also managed to get me a good deal with a special January Hays offer . Would definitely book through this branch again

The staff were amazing, going above and beyond. Always there to answer any questions, and if they didn’t know they would find out and then phone or email me. Top notch service by top notch staff.
