First time booking a holiday in 12 years so I was a little nervous but going into the store made My booking very easy, Laura helped me through everything I needed, she was able to answer all my questions, I would definitely book another holiday with hays travel

Initial contact was by phone Laura was very helpful and patient so helped make everything stressless, all we had to do was call at shop and pick up the paper work

Great place found to visit
Welcoming environment, attentive staff and responded positively to my request. Found a number of options and returned to book a 4 night stay in a great resort and hotel.
