Honeymoon

It was a pleasure dealing with Steph, she made sure everything was sorted and ready for our cruise in June this year.
Since it was our first cruise, there were many things we wasn't sure however it was never a problem helping us. So glad that Steph was there, looking forward to booking another holiday with Steph soon.

Holiday booking with Steph Haden
I have booked my last few trips with Steph and will continue to use her for all my holidays bookings.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, and friendly.
I messaged Steph on the Sunday (didn’t expect her to reply as quick as she did but she did and she wasn’t even working but took the time on her day off to message me back and answer the questions I’d sent her. Then when she was at work the next day I had quick responses and lots of usefully information. We booked our belated honey/familymoon with her for April 2025 and can’t wait :D

Highly recommend Steph Haden
Steph booked our amazing Christmas city break to Prague. We gave Steph a rough idea of what we were looking for and she gave us lots of places to choose from, including some we had not considered ourselves, which was great. Nothing is too much trouble for Steph and she is extremely helpful and efficient. We were so pleased with Steph’s service we have just booked our summer holiday with her. Would highly recommend.

Steph is absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend her enough. We are on our 3rd holiday with Steph now and nothing is ever too small or too big. She is extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Amazing service
Booked our holiday to Mauritius and Dubai with Steph. She was amazing and took all the stress out of booking flights, organising hotels and sorting out all our transfers. She was amazing abd I'll definitely be using Steph in the future

Excellent service
Steph helped us to book a holiday of a life time, safari at a luxury resort in South Africa (one off the bucket list).
Steph was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her, kept us up to date and documentation sent through promptly, will definitely use Steph again to book our next adventure 👌🏻
