Laura was really friendly and helpful. She went over and above expectations to find the perfect holiday. This is the 4th time we have used Hays travel to book our holidays and we will continue to do so. The whole team are amazing.

Excellent response from Lesley to our holiday request via a telephone call from the comfort of our armchairs at home. Holiday sorted to Majorca at an excellent price on our preferred dates. Lesley was so efficient and helpful and also reviewed alternative dates. So so pleased with our booking.
