Ruby was great, she listened to our requirements & went away to find the best options.
Nothing at all to do with Ruby as she allowed us to leave the store & called us back when promised but the wait times on calling head office & suppliers were extremely long & hampered her ability to give answers when she wanted too.

I was managed by Rachel at the Sunderland office (Vine Place). She was so informative and helpful. I will now make sure to book everything through her. she is amazing at her job

Friendly professional services always, got exactly what we wanted and more.

Maddison was extremely helpful from start to finish. After enquiring about a particular holiday to eventually booking something totally different :), she listened to what we needed and gave a variety of options, she checked back to make certain we had all the info and if there was anything else we needed.
This went on for 2 days and Maddison was very patient with me.
She found us a great deal and we got it booked.
All info was sent over and again Maddison checked back in with me to make certain I was up to date with everything. I really appreciated the check backs and patience.
She was extremely helpful, professional and not pushy, more of a guidance than anything else to steer us to the holiday that best suited.

I contacted the store via facebook online to make initial enquiries for the holiday I booked.
The staff went above and beyond to make the booking possible for me.
It’s been a long time since I have had the opportunity to travel abroad and the girls in store were so helpful and were able to answer any questions I had and gave me more information for my future travel plans.
Would definitely recommend.

Rachel at Hayes Travel, Vine Place, Sunderland is amazing, ensuring a fabulous holiday for myself and two grand daughters to Turkey next year. Rachel is professional, very knowledgable and so friendly it’s like sharing the booking experience in your own home. Rachel has also arranged a tailor made holiday for myself and my partner to Singapore and far East for February 2026.
