Very organized and knowledgeable young lady. Engaging personality and went over and beyond what we would have expected of her duties. We would definitely recommend to anyone using your Swansea office to book a holiday. We would say faultless

Good service in travel agency

Very good service from Corinne who was patient and listened to what I wanted.

Oliwia was outstanding. Helpful, patient, going the extra mile to book my holiday, contacting the tour company to clarify certain particulars. I have booked to go to Poland and during our conversation it transpired she was Polish, and she was only too happy to give me information about where I am scheduled to go as she had been. She also showed me photographs on her phone. An outstanding agent I'm sure Caroline is happy with her performece. If you fancy going to Poland, go to Hayes in Swansea and ask to speak to Oliwia.

This was my 1st time in a Hays travel store and i must say i had a very pleasant and stress free experience booking the holiday with 2 lovely ladies that put me at ease, were very informative and professional at all times.

Corinne off Hayes Swansea, is very knowledgeable, and experienced in the travel world, corinne knows the high standards of hotels I like to stay at in London l always book using this travel company.

Excellent customer service

Caroline is so helpful and patient and sorted our flights without any issue. She is a credit to Hays travel and was last year when she sorted our holiday out to lake Garda. Will definitely use Hays again.

Appears to be very professional and organised.I telephoned Corinne to say what I was looking for and the next day I went into the shop and Corinne had already researched several flight choices for me. Booking was made on the same day. Looking forward to my holiday and anticipate that all will go smoothly.

Went to the shop to book a cruise.
Gave a few details of where we’d wanted to go and the staff came up with an ideal package for us.
She did so much research to find the best possible price and deal for us.
Would highly recommend this shop.
