Couldn’t be happier with the service we have from Hays travel at syston. Kirsty is an absolute star, from sorting out our excursions to planning our next cruise. She even chased down a lost booking and kept us in the loop all the time.

Came to the branch on a wet Friday looking to book a hoilday spoke to kirsty went though a few options before we knew it kirsty had sorted the hoilday. Transfer s .parking. no stress for us .great job

My sister and myself went in clueless on where and how to book our first cruise.
The lady Janice at the Leicester Syston travel agency was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, very patient explaining anything we didn’t quite understand.
Came away with a cruise booked and a good understanding of what to do right up until we go .

Emily was great, told her what we wanted and she found the perfect holiday for us 😊.

Very welcoming on arrival with a good atmosphere in the shop. All our questions were answered in detail and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was very helpful.

Jill was amazing! It took a while to find the hotel we were looking for but Jill was very thorough and her experience and patience means we have secured the exact holiday we were looking for. Top marks to Jill and Hays. Can recommend the service highly.

Our experience in the shop was extremely positive, Nirali was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. However, we were frustrated by the long waits to contact head-office, and the price we were offered kept changing because of delays in response times.

Fantastic service from Kirsty and her team in Syston. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to book our trips and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.
