Very friendly got us exactly what we wanted unlike other firm we tried

The girl who sorted our cruise for Christmas in the Telford branch was very, very helpful and also completely professional. She helped us understand about the ship, about the whole experience of the cruise and she sorted everything we needed for our first ever cruise.

Please give this girl some praise for her helpfulness and professionalism.

We had no idea where we wanted to go only where not and the young girl Charley was very patient with us as she plowed through loads of holidays I must have been the most indecisive customer but she was fab saying not to worry we’ll find something which we did such a lovely young lady she was

From the minute we walked into the store we were treated like the only ones there. We got everything we asked for. Holiday booked, money collected tickets & vouchers printed off for us.
