The staff are very attentive to individual needs. You always feel as if you are the most important person looking for a holiday.

Once again we had excellent service from Jane, all the other people we have dealt with at the gyle over the years have been friendly and helpful, difficult to say how you can Improve

The staff at Hays were very welcoming and helpful. They ensured that all our requests were met to our satisfaction which means that we can look forward to our holiday knowing everything has been taken care of. We will definitely use Hays again in the future. Thank you Liam and Jemma and all the staff.

Joan who managed my booking for my trip to India was very personable, chatty and interested in my holiday. Joan took time to go over all the booking details, make sure everything was covered and answer any questions.

Called in recently to find out if there was an opportunity to secure a holiday to Cyprus. I called into the Gyle centre Hays branch on two consecutive days, and was helped, very professionally, by two friendly staff. I thank them and, indeed, all the staff. Excellent!

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of going into Hay’s Travel at The Gyle and booking my trip to Australia and NZ in the near distant future. I had Liam as my Travel Agent and his Professionalism, Customer Service and effort he put in was second to none, and went out of Ihis way for me on all levels, just to find the right Travel Itinerary for one self. Also an amazing shout out to Emma & Skye for assisting and staying open for me later to get my arrangements done and over the line. I can’t thank you guys enough for what you done for me, it feels Surreal. And thank you Liam - Top Man and the Gyle Hay’s team for going out of your way for me, much appreciated..

5 ladies of a certain age not sure where we were going. Skye searched and found us a holiday which we were all happy with. Very welcoming and patient with us. As we had booked before with Hays it was seamless as they already had all our details. Fantastic service and we will definitely visit again for our next holiday booking. Everything taken care of for us, explained in detail, print off given and email confirmation sent while there. Amazing service.
