As always great service from Hays travel, they price matched the price I had found on line, although jet2 app had technical difficulties and was unable to book at that time, all my details were taken I had a phone call shortly after confirming my booking.

After been grounded for my 60th birthday due to covid in 2020 decided to book one of my bucket list destinations to celebrate my 65th this year so called to book yesterday with Paul. He found us the perfect holiday to Lake Como this Summer, really pleased with the choice and received excellent service from him, always helpful, polite and courteous. Thanks again Paul.

Great service at Thirsk Branch
I have used Hays at Thirsk twice now and had excellent service from Vicky and other staff. Very professional, willing to try accommodate your needs and go the extra mile. Definitely recommend
