Hays Travel - Topsham レビュー 

I went into your branch in Topsham Devon and and was welcomed to sit down by Ave which went down hill very quickly.
I asked if they could find a package to stay in the Aphrodite Hills Hotel in Cyprus the Pathos area. They found it and offered me good value package for 11 days and asked repeatedly whether it was the right Hotel. Ava thought it was but gave me no reassurance or offer to check things out she became rude and then promptly said there was another Hotel with the same name which was in fact a self catering situation. I had told her that it was not the Hotel I asked for. Ava then sent me an email with the name Sensatori Atlantic’s Aphrodite Hills. As it was about 4pm that day I said I needed to check a few things out and would come back the next day . In fact the next morning I called the Hotel myself to make sure it was the right Hotel. It was as I suspected the Group Resort name. The lack of knowledge by the agent was very poor and had a very condescending attitude.Also they did not tell me that it was alive booking so when I called them the next day to confirm it was gone.
By this point I was totally frustrated so Ava said I can’t help you I will get my Manager or Assistant to speak to you which was even worse not apologising or saying that she was sorry we had a breakdown of communication. I was offered two weeks take it or leave it attitude £ 475 more which I reluctantly took it as it really suited my needs . Then she sent me the secure payment link and stayed on the phone while I filled it out. I had not realisedq at that moment I had punched a wrong Number on the security code. So it was declined which she heard me say and then proceeded to say did “ I need time to sort my funds out” at which time I answered no and re punched my numbers in.
It was appalling service and will never go to Hays in Topsham again.

How they explained everything so clearly but took time and didn't try to push other products as well as the holiday we booked. And knowledge of the holiday is very important which Claire had and made us feel so much happier about booking through Hays Travel
