We went to Michaelagelo resort corfu greece absolutely awful holiday bathroom was dirty mattress looked like it was never cleaned no holiday rep no communication from staff don't how they can telly easyjet it was cleaned everyday absolute rubbish there was no entertainment either. The food was ok not the best .We were dropped off at the top road oh your hotel is down there we whad to find it .Definitely not disabled friendly so many steps awful experience we are still waiting to hear from easyjet for at least more compensation for what we went through .All I can say is never ever stay there so glad to be home .

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but had some thoughts. Cheryl was great. Listened to me and came up with the perfect Christmas holiday.

Excellent service. Very knowledgable staff. Cheryl was easy to talk to, friendly and very helpful. Made booking a cruise both easy and enjoyable. Will definitely use Hays again.

Very helpful and Friendly staff could do enough for you

Haven’t used a travel agent in years to book a holiday as I usually use the internet. Honestly can’t fault the service at Hays travel in ulverston. Cheryl was fantastic and really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for the cruise that we were planning. She listened to us and what we wanted and sorted out the perfect holiday. Can’t thank her enough and would definitely use Hats again for the next holiday.

Fantastic staff at the Ulverston office. So helpful and we had a good laugh whilst booking our holiday. Wouldn't go anywhere other than the Ulverston office to book our holidays. Amazing!!!

5 stars because the girls in the office bent over backwards to help us book our holiday. Would recommend them to all our friends and will certainly use them again for future holidays.

Staff always very welcoming and helpful. Happy to look for various holidays. We always try and use Ulverston branch because of the service. What was alarming was while we were booking our holiday a member of staff was subjected to a very abusive phone call. The gentleman was shouting so loud I could hear him. The member of staff dealt with him very professionally and courteously I was very impressed .

The travel consultant Cheryl was outstanding. We told her the hotel we wanted to go to in Antigua and she did everything she could possibly do to get us the holiday we wanted at a very good price. The price was extremely competitive even with the internet. She was extremely efficient and we were very impressed with the way she was determined to do her best for us.
