Hays Travel - Wakefield レビュー 

I booked my holiday with Emma at Wakefield town.
I couldn’t get through to the store due to work commitments.
I called the store, left my details and she kept in regular contact. Called me back when promised.
My requirements were not straightforward. I was limited with flight times, seating arrangements and airport assistance.
She listened, understood my requests, offered advice, reassurance on any questions I asked.
She seemed to have an incredible knowledge of travel. I have already recommended her to family and a friends.
She is most definitely a credit to the company and store.
I wouldn’t book with anyone else going forward from now on.
She was polite, professional and listened.

Your colleague at Hays was extremely helpful in finding a family holiday for eleven people which turned out to be very complex .

We received excellent help, booking our holiday, we wasn't rushed into making a decision. The lady asked questions about how far I could walk, with having disability issues. Went through what was suitable for me. 5 Star Service at Wakefield Trinity walk branch .

The management and team always deliver the best solutions and professional service to us and have done for the last 10 years we have dealt with the store.

I phoned earlier in the week and spoke to Sam. Told him what we wanted and we would be in Friday. When we went in ,he had remembered and sorted it all out for us. He had been on that particular ship on the same cruise, he highly recommend it. He said it wouldn't perhaps pay us to the drinks package. So he was helpful and honest about that, and didn't try and sell us something that wouldn't benefit us. He was very helpful.

Booked our holiday with Charlotte. We have not booked with her before. She was really good. Knowledgeable and funny but professional at the same time. She sorted our holiday no probs. We got a lot of info from Sam the day before but he was with another client when we booked. All the staff are so welcoming and we never think to go anywhere else.

The staff were very busy but we're still extremely pleasant and very helpful especially Nikki. Could not fault any of them, there were only 3 in store that day due to managers being in meetings

Good service but I really think gift cards should move online for purchasing. Took such a long time and a lot of personal data given for unknown reasons. Being able to pay via card machine would be good too.
